The Austin House is a downstairs apartment in a Historic Home built in 1921. In the beautiful Victorian style, it features 12' ceilings, lovely hardwood floors, and wood molding. The windows are large and allow warm natural light to bath the spacious rooms. An inoperable fireplace sets the tone in the living room with comfy yet updated furniture. The kitchen is very big and has a farm table for dining. The bedroom has a queen Murphy bed and a spacious bathroom. Close to restaurants.
